In radiology, sonography and clinics across the UK, a large part of the working day goes on turning what a clinician has seen into a written report. Dictation helps, but transcribing, formatting, correcting and pasting into another system still take time away from patients.
AlloScribe takes the dictation you already do and returns a structured draft in your own template, in British English, for you to check, edit and sign.

Nothing is sent to your EMR or exported as final until you have reviewed it. Words the system could not hear clearly are marked [unclear] for you to check.
Nothing you dictate is lost
Audio is saved to your device every second while you speak, and it survives a reload, a closed tab or a crash. If processing fails, the draft stays safe and can be retried.
Private by design
Finished reports and your history stay on your device. Audio is deleted from our systems once processing ends. Reports sent to your EMR are sealed on your device, so our relay cannot read them.

British spelling, metric units and specialty vocabulary, with 98 radiology templates built in and room for your own.
What we hold ourselves to.
A short list of principles we use when deciding what AlloScribe should and should not do.
- Draft, never decide. AlloScribe structures what you said. It does not interpret images, suggest diagnoses or act on its own.
- Do not guess. A word that was not heard clearly is marked for you, not filled in. Findings, impressions and plans you did not dictate are never added.
- Never lose a recording. Assume the Wi-Fi will drop and the tab will close, and keep the audio safe anyway.
- Hold as little as possible. Keep reports on your device, delete audio once it is processed, and never train AI models on your recordings or reports.
- Charge fairly. A recording with no usable speech is not charged, and a retry is not charged twice.
- Be plain about what we have. We say what AlloScribe does and does not do, and we do not claim certifications we do not hold.
